Shipping Information

Order Processing

We work hard to get your beach-ready styles to you quickly:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ELAN || Maaji pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free return process is as smooth as our reversible bikini fabrics.

Our Return Promise

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear and cover-ups are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  3. Wait for our return authorization email with shipping instructions
  4. Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
  5. Ship your return to our Indianapolis address (provided in your authorization email)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • For international returns: mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

Exchange Details

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement ASAP at no extra cost.
