At ELAN || Maaji Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process is as smooth as our reversible bikini fabrics.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging – just like when they left our tropical warehouse.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other swimwear and cover-ups are eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Email Us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
- Wait for our return authorization email with shipping instructions
- Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
- Ship your return to our Indianapolis address (you’ll receive this in your authorization email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

International Returns
For our global customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping costs or customs/duties paid
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement ASAP at no extra cost.
