How do I choose the right size for bikini tops/bottoms?
Our sizing runs true-to-size with stretch for comfort. For reversible styles, we recommend sizing up if between sizes. Each product page includes detailed measurement charts – when in doubt, our styling cards (included with your order) suggest mix-and-match options!
Are rompers and cover-ups true to size?
Yes! Our cover-ups and rompers are designed with the same attention to fit as our swimwear. The lightweight fabrics have slight stretch, and many styles feature adjustable ties for a customizable fit.

What are my shipping options?
✈️ Express Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days) with tracking and insurance – perfect for last-minute trips!
🌴 Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 days for orders $50+) with eco-friendly packaging – ideal for advance planners.
Why is my Asian delivery taking longer than estimated?
Deliveries to Asia may require an additional 3-5 days for customs clearance. While we include all customs fees at checkout, we can’t control processing times. Need your order by a specific date? Email us at [email protected] for destination-specific estimates!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive real-time updates via text/email at every milestone! For Express Shipping, use the DHL/FedEx tracking number in your confirmation email. EMS tracking may take 3-5 days to activate after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Our 15-Day Summer Guarantee allows returns if items don’t spark joy! Conditions:
• Items must be unworn with tags attached
• Original packaging (including dust bags) required
• Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
• Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
Can I exchange for a different size/color?
Absolutely! Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and requested changes. Note: Availability isn’t guaranteed – we’ll suggest alternatives if your preferred item is sold out.
My swimwear arrived wrinkled. Is this normal?
Light wrinkling from transit is normal with natural fabrics. Gently hand wash or steam to revive the material – avoid ironing directly on prints! If wrinkles persist, contact us for assistance.
